Everyone can buy reach. Almost nobody can buy belief.
This is the whole story of why Project A&R exists, in six sections. Take it at your own pace — it comes in as you go.
Views are not the same thing as a career.
Most agencies sell you views that don't convert. A number goes up for a week, everyone screenshots it, and nothing about the artist's life is different afterwards.
Reach is cheap now. Anyone with a card can buy it. What can't be bought is a room full of people who decide this artist is theirs.
That gap is the entire reason we exist.
We learned this from the inside.
Sydney, 2024. We didn't start as an agency. We started as people running pages in scenes we were already part of, posting every day, seeing exactly what a room responded to and what it scrolled past.
Years of that teaches you something a media plan never will: why one post gets stolen and reposted and the one next to it dies.
We took that to labels, managers and brands. Two years later we're running digital for acts at every size, from first release to global campaigns.
It was never about the pipes.
We own channels. Plenty of people own more, and some of them own a lot more. That was never where our value sat.
What we do better than anyone is read the room. Which pocket of the internet a record belongs to before a single person has heard it. How that pocket talks, what it finds embarrassing, what it will repost without being asked.
Culture doesn't move as one audience. It moves in hundreds of small rooms that don't share a language. We speak enough of them to get a record into the right one and make it feel like it was always there.
Anyone can buy a post. Knowing which post, in which room, on which week, is the job.
Story first. Then the room. Then volume.
We build the narrative before we spend a dollar on reach. Who the artist is, why now, what they stand next to, what a fan gets to say about themselves by posting them.
Then we put it where it belongs — fan pages built inside the subculture, creators who would use the sound unpaid, clippers when sheer volume is the job.
Every phase can be bought on its own. Run together, each one makes the next cheaper — that's the only real efficiency in this.
The read holds up at every size.

6B+ views and 500M+ streams across the roster. Same method on a first single as on a global campaign — the only thing that changes is how many rooms we're in at once.
We don't work with everyone.
We take on artists, labels and brands who can carry what a moment turns into. Growth is easy to manufacture and much harder to survive.
We're not chasing a spike. We're after the part of a career people still bring up in ten years — the run, the era, the thing that made the artist matter.
That's the whole file. If it sounds like how you want your next campaign run, come and talk.
